講演内容 The authors have proposed a driving method of a piezoelectric actuator by using current pulse for the high resolusion. It was compared with the voltage drive. In open-loop control, the linearity by the current pulse drive was better than that by the voltage drive because of the hysteresis of the displacement to the applied voltage. In this report, the current pulse intervals were optimized for the minimization of mean square error by the genetic algorithm. The current pulse drive was compared with an input shaper drive. The current pulse drive performed low applied energy and less residual vibration of higher order.
