Wavelength tunable four-wave mixings (FWMs) are observed in a 2-m-long tellurite microstructrued optical fiber pumped by a picosecond mode locked fiber laser. By adjusting the pump wavelength from 1542.9 nm to 1567.8 nm, the anti-Stokes signal can be tuned from 1490 nm to 1500 nm and the Stokes idler can be tuned from 1595 nm to 1645 nm. The maximum wavelength detuning between the signal and idler is 145 nm. The energy conversion efficiency from the pump to the signal and idler increases from 0.026% to 3.7% with the average pump power increased from 10.8 dBm to 12.9 dBm. A CW small signal located in the FWM sideband can be significantly amplified. The parametric gain is calculated to be 66.6 dB. The generated signal and idler pulses can cover the parametric FWM sidebands by tuning the pump and the small signal.
